User Services personnel assist library patrons with access to materials within and beyond the Libraries' collections. User Services is committed to efficient and customer-centered services that provide university students, staff, faculty and other authorized users access to materials in the Libraries' collections (including off-site storage collections).

Requests and Holds
Request that items be pulled and held for you. Students enrolled in online programs and living at least 15 miles from the U of A Fayetteville campus may request that items be mailed to them.

The Libraries' high-density annex provides a climate-controlled environment for the university's growing library collection of books and other materials. Requested items are delivered to campus multiple times a day.
