Description: The Technical Report Archive and Image Library (TRAIL) is a collaboration of the Center for Research Libraries (CRL) member libraries to identify, digitize, archive, and provide access to federal technical reports. Coverage has recently expanded to publications after 1976. The TRAIL project began under the auspices of the Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA).
