The Audley Anderson Skillern Land Grant was donated to the Special Collections Department by Mary Williams of Fayetteville, Arkansas on June 1, 2017. Mary Williams' late husband, Richard, was a renter at the Skillern House in the 1950s, and he found the document while living there.
