The couple moved from Missouri to Pope County, Arkansas, in the 1840's and later settled in Conway County, Arkansas. The papers contain correspondence, a will, and receipts. Correspondence originates from friends and family in Harrison County, Missouri, Pope County, Arkansas, and other Arkansas counties.
