We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your questions by email. We generally respond within 24 hours. Anyone may ask a question, but priority is given to current students, faculty, and staff of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in support of academic programs. Students enrolled in the University's distance education or off-campus programs, as well as researchers with inquiries pertaining to our unique collections, are encouraged to use this service.
How long will it take to get a response?
Most questions are answered within 24 hours. Questions received on weekends and holidays may take as long as 72 hours. If you require immediate assistance, it is best to call the Help Desk at 479-575-4104.
