Biographical Note
Donald "Keith" Atkins was born September 29, 1940, in Coal Hill, Arkansas. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a collector of Arkansas history, and long-time resident of Clarksville, Arkansas. He passed away January 1, 2014.
