Primarily financial papers, including ledger sheets, banks statements, and memoranda books recording transactions of various Prairie Grove individuals and businesses, 1872-1912. Also included are a selection of holiday greeting cards and travel post cards collected by Kibble's son and daughter-in-law, Hugh Douglas Cummings and Mary Rebecca Maupin Cummings, and the Maupin family, 1903-1940.

Biographical Note
Kibble Carr Cummings (March 10, 1848-August 29, 1913) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas was a merchant and farmer, and served as the Washington County treasurer from 1890-1892.
