Biographical Note

Oda Mulloy was born in Hamburg, Germany. In 1951 she moved to America and graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She married John Mulloy and they had three sons: Justin, Vincent, and Clement. Mulloy then moved to Arkansas, in 1971, where she volunteered at the Shiloh Museum as a lecturer and tour guide. Mulloy is a member of “Teller of Tales,” an organization that keeps the art of storytelling alive and beginning in 1993 Mulloy has read her stories on the National Public Radio local affiliate K.U.A.F. radio station in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Oda Mulloy is well known for her short stories, creative writing, and poems.
