Biographical Note
Bessie Griffin Roose was born February 16, 1895, to John Henry "Squire" and Elizabeth "Lizzie Ann" Gilliam Griffin in Sebastian County. Arkansas. Roose married Everette Roose on November 10, 1912, in Center Valley, Arkansas. A son, Harlan, was born August 15, 1913.
Bessie Roose died February 10, 1996, in Huntington, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
