Biographical Note

A. A. Webber was born February 8, 1862, in Iowa. In Arkansas, Webber was involved with the Batesville Chamber of Commerce and the White River Development Association. In 1918, he was appointed to the Local Council of Independence County, Arkansas. Webber passed away September 13, 1924, in Batesville, Arkansas.
