The Miss America 1964 pageant was held September 7, 1963, at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Miss Arkansas, Donna Axum, was crowned Miss America.

The Miss America 1964 Photograph Collection was purchased by the Special Collections Division from Between the Covers Rare Books of Gloucester City, New Jersey, on February 5, 2020.
