Biographical Note
Dr. Alexander Copeland Millar (1861-1940) was an Arkansas minister, conservation advocate, educator, publisher, and activist. He served as president of Hendrix College from 1887-1902 and from 1910-1913, and was a founder of the Arkansas chapter of the Anti-Saloon League.
