Biographical Note
Frederic W. Trapnall was a lawyer, state legislator, and merchant in the Little Rock area. He was originally from Mercer County, Kentucky where he was born on May 23, 1807. He passed away in Monticello, Arkansas on July 4, 1853. His home, Trapnall Hall, is now the site of Arkansas Governor's receptions.
