Lindley and Kaneaster Hodges, Jr., Reading Room

The Lindley and Kaneaster Hodges, Jr., Reading Room contains the current periodicals collection, microform Collection and readers, and a copy center. The Hodges Reading Room provides a quiet reading environment with seating for 148 and has network and wireless connections. There is also a quiet computing area with 22 workstations. Staff maintain about 1200 current periodical titles, about 15 domestic and international newspapers, and extensive microform Collection, including guides and indices to the microform Collection. Periodicals are shelved in call number order using the Library of Congress (LC) cataloging system and are listed in the library catalog. Photocopiers and microform readers are available to patrons.
