Faculty Personnel Document Task Force
The Faculty Personnel Document Task Force is charged with a revision of the policy document “Personnel Document: Policies Governing Faculty and Non-Classified Service in the University of Arkansas Libraries.” The Personnel Document describes departmental procedures in the selection, retention, promotion, and evaluation of tenure track faculty and in the selection and evaluation of non-classified staff. It was last updated in July, 2000.
The Task Force will revise the document to ensure it complies with current Board of Trustees and campus policies. The Task Forces will ensure that the document is complete, and insert new material as necessary.
The Task Force will present the revisions to the faculty at large for discussion and input, with a final draft to be reviewed by the Administrative Group to submit to the provost and general counsel for final review and approval.
