Facilities Management oversees the day-to-day operations of the main library and the branch libraries. Its mission is to maintain these facilities in order to provide safe and functional surroundings for library users and staff. Services include coordinating moves of library service areas, staff, and furnishings, serving as liaison with Facilities Management for various projects (electrical, HVAC, building offices, etc), planning for new or remodeled space, and supervising courier and Shipping and Receiving activities and personnel.
