Microdialysis flux considerations.

A review. In this chapter, we aim to introduce the basics of flux for the microdialysis sampling process. In some instances, comparison of differences between the microdialysis sampling induced flux vs. that of other measurementdevices, particularly enzyme biosensors, will be provided. This chapter will not compare microdialysis sampling to voltammetry-based analyses.
