University Archives materials are subject to the policies and procedures set down by the Special Collections Department and the University Library. See Special Collections Policies and Procedures and Forms for Requesting Materials. The materials collected by the University Archives will be accessible to administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and members of the community. However, while in its inception, the University Archives will not be able to provide in depth arrangement and description of all collections. In addition, the materials will be housed in the off-site library storage facility, requiring advance notification for location and retrieval of specific material. These issues will be addressed, and staff will work to fulfill specific research requests.
